What the live desk stores, which cookies we set, and how to ask for deletion.
Who we are
Stockholm Insider is a private research desk at stockholm-insider.com. These pages describe how the live site handles personal data today.
We do not sell personal data. The desk is research tools only — not investment advice and not a brokerage.
What we collect
Account: email, optional display name, password hash or OAuth identity, workspace membership, and the plan label on that workspace.
Usage: first-party page views, feature events, and workspace usage meters (lab queries, exports, alert deliveries). We store hashed client keys, not raw IP addresses, in analytics tables.
Billing: if you pay, Stripe processes the card. We store Stripe customer and event ids on the workspace, not card numbers.
Research you save (bookmarks, notes, alerts) stays in your workspace and is never treated as platform evidence.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in (workspace session) and remember language. These are required for the account to work.
Analytics cookies (visitor and session ids) are first-party and are set only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Umami, when configured, is also gated on that choice. You can change this at any time from the cookie banner.
Legal basis and retention
Account and billing data: contract and legitimate interest in running the desk. Analytics: consent.
We keep account and workspace records while the workspace is active, and billing ledger rows as required for bookkeeping. Analytics events are kept for product operations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Sign in at /account or write via the contact path listed in the terms.
Supervisory authority in Sweden is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
